French Taco Night

The last few days at Moulin Bregeon seemed to go by in a blur. They always do but since Martyn and Hannah left for a trip to the U.S. just a few days before our departure, we could all feel that a big change was coming. We had stayed a month, our longest host stay, and Marytn had been at Moulin Bregeon on and off for three years while Hannah popped in periodically for the last year. In a span of three days, four people would be off on new adventures. 

In celebration, and with a bit of a heavy heart, Marytn and Hannah's last night was declared "crepe night". Both savory and sweet fillings were prepared and Bernard masterfully crafted each crepe to suit each diner's whim. When everyone had been served, we all got a chance to step in and make our own crepe though none turned out quite as crispy or as circular. Still the night was filled with laughs and jokes and thankfully, pictures of the wonderful people we've gotten to know.
